The House of Luhuvilo provides a safe and nurturing home where orphaned or abandoned children in Njombe, Tanzania, can heal, grow, and thrive. We are dedicated to caring for children through safe accommodation, education, community, and compassionate care.
As a charity, we:

How can you help?
We rely entirely on voluntary donations like yours to fund our vital work to protect children in danger.
Your donation will help provide the children with the essential care that they need while also supporting the ongoing development and resources required as they grow and evolve.
Current needs:
Support in developing a sustainable, self-sufficient vegetable garden to provide a reliable source of fresh food.
Raising money to buy 60 avocado trees, plant and maintain them for future sustainability.
Support with running and maintaining the school bus, ensuring children can travel to and from school safely and reliably.
Ongoing essential provisions, including clothing, toiletries, nutritious food, and toys.
Access to high-quality education, giving children the best possible opportunities to learn and develop.

All donations go directly towards providing for the children.
Sponsorship of a child means committing to a monthly payment of £25 to provide full day-to-day care for a child under 5, or to provide education for a child over 5.
You will be given a named child who will directly benefit from your monthly donation and who will send you letters twice a year.
